Key Responsibilities:
- Provide input to the development of local Sports Marketing Plan according to business objectives.
- Identify opportunities within the market that align to Brand objectives and liase with Brand Comms to bring to life.
- Build recommendations for, and maintain, a diverse partner portfolio supporting key categories and business objectives.
- Ensure all partners within the portfolio reflect our Brand positioning – on and off field.
- Manage contract negotiations in line with budget guidelines and market evaluations.
- Ensure all Sports Marketing contract negotiations and operations comply with the global Sports Marketing Policy.
- Manage the integration of local partners into key brand initiatives.
- Develop and execute leveraging plans for Sports Market partners to maximise their brand impact.
- Local Partner Budget Management.
- Supervise all local partner related activities in close relationship with the Brand team.
- Execute a cross category leveraging approach to the sports marketing portfolio.
- Provide industry leading service to our contracted partner portfolio on a day-to-day basis
- Maintain necessary contact with key industry personnel to achieve the objectives of the Brand.
- Ensure teams and individuals wear and represent the products according to our Brand Plan to communicate adidas as the leading performance brand.
- On ground support for ad hoc Sports Marketing activity in the market.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strategic Marketing experience with strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong understanding of the local sporting landscape
- Strong connections within the sports industry
- Relevant Sports Marketing experience
- Demonstrate the ability to react quickly and multitask to manage priorities.
- Proven methodological skills (e.g. Business planning, strategic development).
- High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge related to sports marketing.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University Degree in Marketing
- Minimum of5-years experience in the sports marketing industry
- Established network of industry contacts with proven stakeholder management
