Your Role and Responsibilities
Application Consultants perform as an expert on application development for existing or new applications and advises their client on application development methodology and tools. You will help to guide and teach your clients’ project members, also focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
Specifically, you will be responsibility to:
- Work with the client’s BU and IT team to design business workflows and specifications by gathering and analyzing user’s requirement.
- Apply Banking domain knowledge to conduct data migration and transfer specification and procedure.
- Assist project manager in planning feasible WBS based on relevant banking expertise.
- Support solution architect in developing system integration specification.
- Lead project consultant team to hold customer requirements interview meeting with client SMEs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Ability to apply consulting skills to aid clients in building a customized application.
- Have experience and knowledge in digital transformation within the banking industry.
- Banking system integration, digital channel building and data migration knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Chinese reading, listening, writing, and speaking/fluent in English reading and writing
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Possess practical working experience with B2C and B2B banking systems.
- Actual participating in agile project environment, especially Scrum process
- Working level in English listening, speaking
