as a, where you will be responsible for leveraging the untapped opportunities across Service Cloud including Service Cloud, Voice and Digital engagement.You will work in partnership with the existing account owners and will carry quota for the Service Cloud product sales.
You will work closely with current- and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will identify opportunities across the Service Cloud solution to help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.
You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our Ohana.
Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement successful campaigns across the Service Cloud install base, prospects and whitespace

  • Help our customers to transform their service business

  • Personally build new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others to qualify leads & sales opportunities thoroughly

  • Leverage business from new & established relationships

  • Strategize, negotiate & close business

  • Understand the commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution

  • Exceed an annual sales quota by running a full sales cycle to address client problems and transform their business as related to their contact center needs

  • Enable and educate internal teams to ensure they can successfully seek Service Cloud opportunities

  • Be customer-facing as required

  • Ability to amplify the Service Cloud message and multiply the message across all key stakeholders whether internal or external

  • Ability to multi-task
