Job Description:
Experience – 7 YearsQualification : BE /MEMechanical/Electrical/Chemical
- Lead quality activities across new product development stages.
- Analyze critical customer complaints using the 8D approach
- Define quality requirements, establish standards, validate PPAP processes.
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma Green Belt methodologies for quality improvement and cost-saving projects.
- Compile and analyze monthly KPIs such as Customer DPPM, COPQ, NCR, Yield, and Complaints for reporting to senior management.
- Develop Supplier Quality Improvement Plans (SQIP) and conduct Gemba visits to resolve issues using root cause analysis.
- Manage audits including Process, Product , Legal Metrology, and Dock audits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO45001:2018).
- Provide training on QMS, fundamental quality tools & software proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Minitab).
