Your key responsibilities
- Handle all the automation requirements within TQRM scope including but not limited to processes, reports, databases, manual operations, and interfacing with many sources (API, files)
- TQRM SharePoint site management and develop enhancements as required
- Develop meaningful and actionable analysis from the reports, perform trend analysis, dashboards, and forecasts
- Driving TQRM projects / initiatives and coordinating their execution
- Identify opportunities for automation within the processes and design, build the automation end to end.
- Being a member of GDS CORE TQRM group and is expected to attend regular conference calls, virtual meetings, and physical meetings, actively participating in workgroups, special projects and enablement of policies, procedures, and other relevant topics across GDS tax locations & teams
- Coordinate with the Global, SSL and Region Tax Quality network as required.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- MS office suite skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Proficient knowledge in Power Automate/ Power BI/ Power Query/ Power Apps
- Familiarity with VBA coding
- Must be hands-on in developing automation/application framework
- Project coordination - Capable of facilitating efficiently between multiple initiatives
- Reporting and Analytical skills - Ability to build reports/dashboards from data
- Good To have Skills: SQL, .Net, Azure
