EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects
- Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
- Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
- Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
- Delivering billable components that meet a customer's needs
- Collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and community
- Should be willing to travel in case required
WORK EXPERIENCE / SKILLS & COMPETENCIES - At least 5+ years of work experience in consulting company, delivering implementation services for various customers
- Product implementation experience with at least 3-4 full cycle projects for: Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA), ISU – FICA, Billing & Invoicing, Financial Customer Care (FCC)
- Good knowledge of Utilities or Telecommunication industry business processes
- Ideally experienced in working in an international environment
- Excellent English skills ( German would be a big plus )
- Customer-focused, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
- ABAP development skills (nice to have)
