Using your technical expertise, you will ensure quality documentation of processes exist, compliance standards are followed, and timely process of customer orders are achieved.

• Primary function: Provide Preventive & Corrective Maintenance on automated process.
• Keep availability metric from automated equipment over 95%
• Provide support on time
• Be proactive on breakdown machine
• Mechanical adjustments of conveyors, printer, fixtures, and nest.
• Troubleshooting of automated equipment
• Setup Robot position when is required
• Setup Vision system & Vision Sensor
• Perform Change over
• Remove jam material into the stations
• Work Following safety guidelines
• Execute autonomous maintenance on the line
• Coach peers to operate the stations in the correct way following safety guidance.
• Implement and provide ideas to improve efficiency from automated line with support of engineering team.
• Address downtime issues to thecorrect team members as, automation technician, supervisors, and engineeringdepartment.

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of electric and pneumatic control.
• Strong roboticknowledge Omron, Epson, Fanuc is required.
• Knowledge of KeyenceVision system and Vison Sensor
• Knowledge ofindustrial safety system
• Basic knowledge of lathe and milling machines.
• Strong Mechanicalskills.
