Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and optimize search functionality using Elastic Search
Understand and contribute to the overall application architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of search features
Provide technical expertise and guidance on search best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve any search-related issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of search technologies, particularly Elastic search and Solr
Proficiency in Java Spring tech stack and event-driven architecture
Hands-on experience in application system design and development
Strong communication skills in English.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
Experience in AI Search, RAG is a big plus
