Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize search functionality using Elastic Search

• Understand and contribute to the overall application architecture

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of search features

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on search best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve any search-related issues

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of search technologies, particularly Elastic search and Solr

• Proficiency in Java Spring tech stack and event-driven architecture

• Hands-on experience in application system design and development

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Experience in AI Search, RAG is a big plus
