• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Industrial Design and Human Factors, working in an enterprise-level company, with proven ability to provide industrial design support for multiple programs and turn concepts into offerings.
• Demonstrated success in product and mechanical design, with proficient use of CAD (SolidWorks) and rendering software (KeyShot).
• Interest and ability to solve complex mechanical challenges
• Proven communication skills in a customer facing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a multi-product Design Lead.

• Use iterative research to uncover insights – improving design, usability and E2E client experiences across products and brands, with Prototyping and 3D printing skills, to validate concepts
