Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Drive innovative strategies to expand existing sales compensation programs and recommend simplified solutions to APN ISV partner and AWS sales challenges; leading successful execution of a cross-functional strategy to scale these programs
• Design and track business metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and adoption to be reported to leadership
• Work directly with external customers (e.g. APN ISV Partners)• Performs business analysis using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, and other internal Amazon systems (e.g. performance metrics and forecasting) and improves metrics (KPIs, adoption, etc.)
• Build and maintain successful partnerships with global teams, segment stakeholders and key business sponsors across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.Diverse Experiences

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience
- 6+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
