The Risk Chief Administrative Office (CAO) provides support to the Independent Risk organization with a focus on governance, control effectiveness, regulatory engagement, risk communications, financial performance including resource management.

The Role:The Business Management Office is seeking an ExpenseLeadto be responsible for Independent Risk's providing management support required for financial planning. The role will support to create and coordinate the annual planning and periodic forecast, conduct various ad hoc analyses that are complementary to the regular Planning and Analysis processes. The Expense Lead role will also work closely with finance partners based in Mumbai during the planning and forecasting cycles. The role would require learning of financial processes and planning tools such BAW, DSMT used by the Risk Organization.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support financial results insights for different areas within Citi’s Chief Risk Officer
  • Maintain and update expense cost analysis to support location strategy initiatives
  • Create accruals Monthly for Non-Employee Resources and Contracts with Vendors
  • Support Headcount Annual / QMMF Planning process by working with NY Business Office team and Finance partners in Mumbai.
  • Provide Weekly and Monthly Cognos Issue support.
  • Be able to manage and run small processes and/or initiatives.
  • Assist in the development of material for internal senior leadership.

Qualification & Education:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred.
