Together with the L&D team, determine ongoing local learning needs for each Service Line;

Optimal timing in context of business needs (periodicity, during office hours, lunch& learn, length of training)
Collaborate with teams to identify knowledge gaps and create strategies to address them.
Ensure local training sessions are provided by facilitators with sufficient level of seniority, experience and technical skills
Together with the Training team, ensure SSL professionals are meeting CE (Continuing Education)
Together with the Training team, monitor completion of all mandatory firm-wide trainings (such as code of conduct, APM, etc.). Send reminders and follow ups with all relevant EY professionals prior to the deadline, to ensure 100% completion
L&D Project Coordination
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of learning and development projects.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and materials preparation.
Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Partner closely with the business for training enquires and provide support throughout the training process
Collect and analyse feedback from training participants to assess the effectiveness of programs.
Prepare reports on training outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
Support the procurement of training resources and materials as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent certification, in Human Resources, Business Management or similar
3 years + experience in a similar Learning and Development role
Experience in project management experience
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand priorities and work efficiently under pressure and subject to changing priorities
Team spirit
Management skills
Proactive, approachable, and receptive to change
You are fluent in English (French or German advantageous)
