Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- This role also acts as an integrator / liaison between Production and other departments across the factory, such as Planning, Automation, Process Engineering, Integration and Industrial Engineering (IE) to develop key operational strategies, standards, business processes and systems to manage factory Work in Progress (WIP) flow including development and steady-state operations.
- The Production Engineer will be the site owner for certain operational business systems/capabilities - to be balanced across the team.
- This role also represents F11X Production in VF (Virtual Factory) improvement teams and forums to represent our business needs and to help implement Best Known Methods (BKMs) and new capabilities.

- Understanding and application of manufacturing methodologies and principles (manufacturing science/factory physics) and line management strategies and tactics.
- Understanding and application of Quality Control systems, Model Based Problem Solving, and LEAN principles.

- Willingness to effectively communicate ideas using written and verbal means to all levels of the organization.
