What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include:

• Documenting core reports usage and KPI interpretation for marketers.
• Analyzing data within the warehouse and collaborating with data engineers.
• Engaging with and obtaining project requests from BI and Marketing teams globally.
• Troubleshooting report issues and offering data-driven recommendations.
• Owning Incident Response Management development and maintaining team guides.

What you bring

• Tableau (or similar BI tool) skills with at least 6 months - 1 year of experience.
• Curiosity and ability to explore data connections.
• Strong analytical skills with a desire to enhance them further.
• Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and detail oriented.
• Initiative, proactive project management, and confidence in asking tough questions.
• Flexibility to work with US team members occasionally.

Skills and Experience:

• Intermediate experience in report building and maintenance with Tableau or similar tools.
• Familiarity using a data warehouse and SQL.
• Experience in data modeling, visualization, and business analysis.
• Proficiency in written, verbal, and graphical communication.
• Lifelong learner with interest in various tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, etc.
• Fluency in English.
