Your role:

  • Provide insights (business and competitive insights, audience and personas pains and needs) into Enterprise Informatics and Regional Health Systems Marketing Plans
  • For the portfolio in scope, provide input for engagement strategy, content and campaign programs (reputation, demand generation (incl. for Install Base, Cross- and Upsell, and Co-sell), loyalty and sales enablement) in collaborations with EI Business and Regional Hub Engagement Strategy
  • Drive the Customer’s Audience/Persona-based approach and Business-specific execution of the EI Business Marketing plans. Translating and aligning Marketing Plan with Europe & Growth Region’s go-to-market plan to achieve overall portfolio goals
  • Support the Regional Business Leader in the strategy planning process (prioritized Customer segments, products, services, and solutions) - focus on marketing enablers and marketing metrics- aligning business needs to marketing activations
  • Provide Market, Customer and Competitor Insights and Trends, and Usage and Attitude Insights regularly to the Business (i.e. how do they change according to changing/evolving ecosystem)
  • Support the Business by providing inputs and reviewing the value proposition and global plans/roadmaps in the product development phase
  • Localize value propositions and global product materials for regional-specific use
  • Responsible for forming the cross-functional team required to plan and execute a product launch (incl. identification of target Customer/Audience/Personas) in line with the global strategy and the overall business and marketing strategy
  • Define goals for assigned portfolio of product solutions and services and manage performance and lifecycle management (phase-in and phase-out management) in alignment with Region and Marketing Strategy and go-to-market plans
  • Support adoption and localization (as/if needed) of global assets and content for the sales teams, in close collaboration with Marketing and Commercial operations, to have them match with local Customer/Audience/ Personas Customer Decision Journey. Align sales collateral for campaigns and programs. Ensures localization of the product details pages
  • Define guidance on how to collect proof-point in accordance with the claims strategy
  • Identify and prioritize Key Opinion Leaders for portfolios, driving KOL engagement (in collaboration with Clinical Scientists and in alignment with Marketing Ops & Planning)
  • Portfolio positioning strategy: understand the sales cycles along the Customer Decision Journey, evaluate the different sales strategies, and understand how to improve conversion rates by strengthening the positioning of the portfolio
  • Enable sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, customer segment behavioral trends, competitive insights, instruments, and tools to help them in maximize existing and potential business opportunities
  • Point of contact and “go to” resource for modality sales specialist and clinical application specialist for (pre-)sales support in case of complex deals/tenders
  • Capture, assess, and drive action on win/loss analysis and visibility analysis within the region, in collaboration with Market Insights & Analytics Team
  • Support the Head of Marketing (and Events team) for customer events/webinars/visits to generate new leads/prospects and or for Customer Loyalty activities
  • Work with RBL/RBUL/ZSL to create opportunities based on End of Life • Provide insights on targeted account history and timing suggestions to engagement strategy for campaign programs targeted towards installed based.
  • Manage a Regional Marketing team consisting of regional marketing, event, and marketing communication professionals
  • Coach and develop team members and connect global BU marketing resources to enable Regional marketers

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of health informatics industry experience. An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in marketing technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions
  • Certified LEAN Advanced preferred
  • Experience with leading a cross-functional team
  • Experience to work in a business with complex market/channel structures
  • Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business. Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas
  • Experience as an integrator in a highly dynamic market and /or matrix organization
