Responsibilities:

  • Design, Create, Enhance, and Execute data governance processes

  • Generate documentation of existing processes, project progress, and forecast expected process changes.

  • Proactively manage change control and communicate the impact to stakeholders.

  • Create and deliver job aids / training to key stakeholders.

  • Apply leadership skills, including communication and change management, to help drive successful implementation and adoption of processes and standards

  • Work with cross-functional teams such as data, tech, risk, compliance, legal, and training to create effective solutions

  • Designing and leading the production of metrics used to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and risk

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 4 years of experience in Process Management

  • At least 2 years experience in Data Management or Data Governance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in Project Management

  • 2+ years experience with SQL

New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $103,900 - $118,600 for Principal Process ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
