Responsibilities:
Design, Create, Enhance, and Execute data governance processes
Generate documentation of existing processes, project progress, and forecast expected process changes.
Proactively manage change control and communicate the impact to stakeholders.
Create and deliver job aids / training to key stakeholders.
Apply leadership skills, including communication and change management, to help drive successful implementation and adoption of processes and standards
Work with cross-functional teams such as data, tech, risk, compliance, legal, and training to create effective solutions
Designing and leading the production of metrics used to measure efficiency, effectiveness, and risk
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 4 years of experience in Process Management
At least 2 years experience in Data Management or Data Governance
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Project Management
2+ years experience with SQL
