You’ll be part of our internal Nordic Sustainability Team developing plans to be executed in each of our Nordic countries. You’ll be planning sustainability targets in collaboration with regional and local leadership teams, execute and follow-up on the achievement of the targets and ensure high standard sustainability reports involving e.g. sustainability data handling and gathering as well as emission calculations. In addition, you’ll define and execute on sustainability initiatives, certificates and standards, be the sustainability project member in office projects driving emphasis on sustainability and perform sustainability advisory & training.You can read more about our work here:

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience with driving sustainability reporting and/or sustainability assurance
• Knowledge within/understanding of the global sustainability framework/standards such as TCFD, and the upcoming ESRS
• Knowledge / experience on working with environmental management systems like ISO14001
• Strong resilience and ability to influence without authority and build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Professional working language proficiency in English and Finnish.

• Having strong project management skills
• A quick learner who is innovative and stays atop of relevant knowledge for EY and sustainability demands.
