As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, and you will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location. Your role will have a significant impact on the company. Your strategic leadership and extensive experience in advanced manufacturing will drive innovation, operational excellence, and cost efficiencies in our manufacturing operations. By optimizing manufacturing processes, implementing cutting-edge technologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, you will enhance productivity, improve product quality, and drive customer satisfaction. Your ability to lead and inspire a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make data-driven decisions will contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for advanced manufacturing engineering initiatives
• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence
• Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field (master's or Ph.D. preferred)
• Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and process optimization
• Proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
