As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr. Advisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in
driving the success and growth of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving
advanced manufacturing strategies and initiatives at a senior level. Your expertise and leadership will be
instrumental in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations. You will provide strategic direction,
Ensure compliance with all Safety regulations and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
(PPE), such as safety shoes, coats, glasses, and badges.
• Actively participate in daily Tier and Operational Excellence meetings, contributing to discussions
and updates.
• Propose and support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within your area
to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage in Rapid Problem Solving (RPS) sessions when necessary, providing input for effective
solutions.
• Adhere to established Standard Work procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
• Follow security protocols and contribute to improving safety measures, ensuring a secure work
environment.
• Comply with CT-PAT, OEA, and other relevant security requirements, aligned with departmental
responsibilities
• Support the achievement of HSE metrics, including safety observations, HSE maturity goals, and
the maintenance of a zero-accident environment.
• Adhere to process-specific standards and procedures as defined in the process turtles and
applicable departmental guidelines.
• Complete all mandatory trainings and courses throughout the year, aligned with department
requirements and company-wide initiatives, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO45001, and any other.
• Comply with the Internal Regulations Book and Honeywell Code of Business Conduct, ensuring
ethical behavior, integrity, and adherence to all company policies and guidelines.
• Commitment in know, understand, and apply Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and
contribute to their compliance
•Involved in the specifications and quotation of new line structure and industrial strategy to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements. *Coordinate Manufacturing Pilot Runs, as required, on ECR’s, ECO’s on new or modified products. • •Collaborate closely with internal engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into manufacturable designs. • •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Use technology to allow a company to produce goods or services of better quality, faster and at lower costs.
• Responsible for planning and organizing of Advanced Manufacturing functions like Sustaining Engineering, Automation & Digitalization, Projects Development, transfers and Management, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Test Development and Capital Needs Identification.
• Use of Artificial intelligence and machine learning to automate aspects of quality control, maintenance logistics and inventory control.
YOU MUST HAVE Electronic Manufacturing and Components Fabrication Automation of complete assemblies (beyond just
PCBA, SMT).
• Knowledge of IPC 610, IPC 7711 & IPC 7721
• Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive
manufacturing
• In dept knowledge of SMT, PTH, TEST and automation processes.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements
• Extensive experience on design for test and manufacturability (DFT/DFM) guidelines of PCBA.
• Lean Manufacturing (Value Stream Mapping, Lean Finance, Kaizen Execution, Standard Work, Visual
Management, TPM, OEE, SMED, A3 Problem Solving, etc.)
•Bachelor’s degree in engineering graduated preferably in electronics, mechatronic or mechanical-electrical Engineering
