Job Description
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of non-annual incentive compensation. May assist in development of overall strategic direction and execution of non-annual incentive compensation.
  • Responsible for overall quality and consistency of Incentive Plan design, administration, and execution for applicable business segments within the organization.
  • Accountable for financial and operational soundness, as well as appropriate risk management controls. Monitors policies that impact incentive and performance reporting. May also be responsible for defining policies relative to applicable business segments.
  • Manages the development and usage of technology tools in support of incentive calculations and analytics for applicable business segments.
  • Manages implementation and execution of incentive communication and tools designed to enhance employee awareness and understanding.

Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. Industry experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required.
