Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the cloud migration and modernization strategy, aligning with the bank's technology transformation goals
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with:
    • Business CIO organization to align cloud migration goals and execution
    • Technology vendors for cloud migration and modernization
    • Cloud service providers for optimal solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
    • Technology platforms
    • Risk
    • Information Security
    • Enterprise Architecture
    • Compliance and Governance
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud migration roadmap, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Drive innovation and modernization, identifying opportunities for process improvement and technology advancements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and governance policies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on cloud migration and modernization
  • Proven track record of successful cloud migration and modernization initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid cloud environments
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with ability to influence and drive change
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of relevant software engineering experience
- Six or more years of experience leading multiple software engineering teams

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $188,530.00 - $221,800.00 - $243,980.00 Job postings typically remain open for approximately 20 days of the posting date listed above, however the job posting may be closed earlier should it be determined the position is no longer required due to business need.
