In the short term, you’ll stand up reliable dashboards, establish KPIs, and deliver insights that optimize campaigns, conversion paths, and pipeline performance. Over time, you’ll build durable data products and processes that improve forecasting accuracy, drive ROI across channels, and enable continuous experimentation at scale. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and data operations to own the end-to-end insights lifecycle—gaining leadership visibility while shaping budget allocation, channel strategy, and revenue growth.
What you'll be doing - Leverage data to answer business questions, identify growth opportunities, and create visualizations that track performance across sales-led and ecommerce motions.
- Communicate findings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders in growth marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, campaigns, and sales.
- Work with marketing, CRM, product, and digital data to build dashboards and create analysis-ready datasets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams in marketing, sales, product, and data operations to translate requirements into plans that deliver insights for optimization and growth.
- Own and administer marketing’s use of web analytics, paid media insights, email analytics, sales pipeline data, online revenue/conversion data, and visualization platforms.
What we're looking for - Advanced SQL expertise for transforming, modeling, and analyzing marketing and sales data.
- Web analytics proficiency with Amplitude for event instrumentation, funnel analysis, and cohort insights.
- Data visualization expertise with Looker, including LookML, semantic modeling, dashboards, and performance optimization.
- API and data movement skills with Python, JSON, Visual Studio, GitHub, Airflow, and BigQuery for building, orchestrating, and maintaining reliable pipelines.
- Ability to define KPIs, build scalable datasets, and establish governance for marketing and sales reporting.
