WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Executing mid- to high-value tactical buys and sourcing projects, including supplier negotiations and selection.
• Running eSourcing events in Ariba and coordinating supplier communications.
• Managing Purchase Orders (POs), including terms, conditions, modifications, and closure.
• Ensuring timely follow-ups with internal teams for technical evaluations and compliance with procurement timelines.
• Supporting efforts to reduce tail spend by channelling it through strategic suppliers.
• Providing feedback on tactical buy activities to improve standardization and automation.
• Facilitating automated buying channel setups and assisting with supplier onboarding.
• Updating internal databases, managing procurement documentation, and performing quality checks on contracts and purchase requests.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree in business, economics, finance, procurement or related
• Fluent in English and German, spoken and written on a business level
• At least 5 years of general Procurement area (low to mid-level spending) in a middle-sized or large organization
  • Sourcing execution strategies, approaches and methods, as well as contract management and procure-to-pay processes
• Proven experience in supplier selection, negotiation and contracting areas
• Experience in stakeholder management (internal & external)
• Experience in cost comparison analysis and scorecard preparation
