Job requirementsWhere do you start if you want to change the world?
- Completed Bachelor or Masters education, e.g. Business Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration;
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in industry or consultancy;
- Experience in at least 5 full life-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects, with a minimum of 2 projects in a role such as project manager, solution architect, or stream lead;
- Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of SAP related products and market developments;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
- Strong business knowledge in Finance domain;
- Proven knowledge and experience in SAP S/4 Finance and adjacent areas;
- An independent, proactive and flexible work attitude;
- Very good analytical and critical skills;
- Furthermore, you do not mind having to travel (internationally) regularly.
It's an advantage if you have:
- Hands-on experience with the Digital Core S/4HANA Enterprise Management;
- Experience with SAP Activate;
- Skills to work well in a team and have ambitions to grow into a professional within our leading organization;
- Skills to independently identify (follow-up) assignments with existing customers;
- Skills and sense of responsibility to supervise more junior colleagues and to support them professionally.

- Bicycle arrangement: finance the purchase cost of your new bicycle from your gross monthly salary (purchase cost amount divided over 12 months) or from your non-statutory holiday entitlement.
- Pension scheme: you will build up a pension capital directly after your start at EY. Each month the available premium amount is transferred for you in an investment account at our pension provider. You will also have the option to build up additional pension capital on a voluntary basis.

Recruitment procedure
In principle, the selection process consists of 2 interview rounds and an (online) assessment.
Due to laws and regulations, and because EY (and in some cases its clients) has high demands on the reliability and integrity of its employees, every new employee will be screened. Depending on your rank the pre-employment screening could contain the following: Certificate of Conduct (in Dutch: VOG) or - if requesting a Dutch VOG is not possible - Criminal Background Check of the country you are currently living or have lived during the last five years, integrity questionnaire, verification of ID, diploma’s and/or work experience and consultation of the Dutch insolvency registry.
