What you will accomplish:
Drive the optimization of Promoted Stores placements and creatives in alignment with its value proposition.
Define with the design team new seller-facing Promoted Stores placements and/or creatives and drive cross-organizational alignment around these.
Lead the roadmap for Promoted Stores Ads Placement and Creative Optimization.
Work closely with sellers to understand their priorities and needs.
Work closely with buyer research to understand eBay’s buyer experience.
Work closely with eBay leadership and internal teams to understand strategic direction and ads portfolio.
Work with data scientists and machine learning scientists to create models and use signals to drive optimization.
Partner with engineering and go-to-market teams to develop and launch new placements and/or creatives.
What you will bring:
5+ years of Product Management experience in sponsored/promoted e-commerce advertising.
Track record of developing and launching new customer-facing features.
Track record of developing and launching ML-supported features.
Ability to work well with a variety or people ranging across technical levels.
Knowledge of the digital advertising and e-commerce ecosystem
Experience and familiarity with CPC or CPM advertising products.
BS or MS Degree in a technical field.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.
