How will you make an impact?
- Provide the strategic direction and thought leadership in areas such as know you customer, customer onboarding, KYC screening, and data products.
- Research, gather, and define product requirements driven by client & market needs
- Own roadmap plans and prioritize features to support ongoing delivery, sales/marketing initiatives, Partners and other client commitments
- Partner with product managers and marketing on go to market messaging
- Write market requirements documents that effectively communicate requirements to Technical Product Management, R&D, and other relevant technical teams
- Support project implementations and sales teams as subject matter expert for the Fraud space and the assigned products, including technical product expertise
- Drive creative resolution of escalated project issues with optimal business outcome across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Assist management with special projects as they come up
Have you got what it takes?
- At least 5 years’ experience defining complex software products for financial services
- Proven experience as a Product Manager of complex B2B software
- Experience with Cloud Product Management and Delivery a an advantage
- BS or BA degree or higher
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with Advanced Analytics products or teams is an advantage
- Personal Qualities: creative, dynamic, hard worker, self-starter, assertive, energetic
- Ability to work in a fluid, start-up like environment.
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Experience/knowledge of AML or Fraud solutions
