Responsibilities

This position is a hands-on technical role that requires the candidate to be able to support incidents in the production environment and also provide release and health-check/monitoring support. The analyst will have strong Loan IQ production knowledge as well as significant production support experience.

  • Finastra Loan IQ product Hands on experience in Production Support role
  • Provide application support in accordance with standard guidelines within the agreed SLAs.
  • Debug and identify production issues by analyzing code, complex SQL queries & stored Procedures.
  • Handle daily Batch process (nightly LIQ core batch and custom batch Process)
  • Participate in high priority incident triage calls which may include but not limited to Code issues, data issues, Data Base server issues, data replication issues, application server issues and network issues.
  • Partner with Development teams to resolve issues and drive problem management.
  • Review service trends, identify incident reduction/effort reduction opportunities, communicate risk and propose technical solutions.
  • Monitor performance trends, system stability and initiate preventive actions proactively.

Requirements

  • Experience Range – 12years
  • Education - BE/B.Tech/IT or Science graduates

Foundational Skills

  • Possess Strong Technical Knowledge onFinastra LoanIQproduct – Batch, Processes, Integrations
  • Good understanding of LoanIQ base tables and linkage.
  • Intermediate Level - Functional knowledge on Syndicate loan processing.
  • Previous experience in handlingLoanIQ production supportincidents for a minimum of 3+ years
  • Experience working with US based Teams and Business users.
  • Hands on experience in handling daily core batch processing. Strong in SQL and debugging failed jobs
  • Strong analytical skills with a natural ability to research and resolve complex systems, applications and user issues.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and clear oral communication skills.

Work Timings

  • 6.30 AM IST to 3.30 PM IST & 10:30 AM IST to 7.30 AM IST
  • Weekend coverage on rotation and comp off provided for the same.
