What you’ll do:- Position title:SAP Intern - ANZ Bid Management (Melbourne)
- Location: Melbourne, Australia
- Expected start date to end date: ASAP for minimum 6 months
- Working Days Commitment: can commit minimum 3 days/week or more for the entirety of the internship duration
In this role, you’ll:
- Document design, layout and management
- Support the proposal management process, including checking the quality of deliverables, carefully reviewingand editingdocuments
- Participate in regular Bid cadence/review meetings
- Use appropriate templates to help prepare documents compliant with customer requirements
- Actively participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement programs
Communication Skills
- Help craft SAP general responses based on information provided
- Review documents to ensure consistency with SAP branding and One Voice
- Arrange content logically for ease of comprehension
- Develop messages and rewrite texts for better understanding
- Conduct content, spelling and grammar and formatting checks
Project Support
- Actively search and support knowledge repositories through contributions, when necessary
- Support the development of customer collateral deliverables
- Maintain accurate records of activities related to the proposal process
Customer Centric Approach
- Help connect customers based on needs and interests
- Actively seek ways to improve offerings for customers internally and externally – and proactively suggest them

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a tertiary institution or post-graduate degree
- Must NOT have an ongoing full-time work experience
- Must be able to commit at least 6 months of internship duration
- Must be able to commit to a minimum 3 days/week
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or a permanent resident
