- Ability to use discretion and flexibility with considerable independence and to identify the effective application of policies and procedures to individual cases
- Ability to manage complex group and personal dynamics and relationships while contributing effectively in a team environment
- Ability to apply disciplinary & grievance processes
- Ability to promote professional and effective communication through consultation with Union members
- Ability to interpret and implement Union/Company agreements
