As a Cloud Systems and Solutions Engineer your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement verification plans and strategies for complex AI and Rack hardware designs.
  • Create and maintain verification environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Write and execute test cases to verify design functionality and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with design, architecture, and firmware engineers to understand specifications and provide feedback on design flaws.
  • Analyze verification results and report findings to stakeholders

The ideal candidate will exhibit the following :

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to convey verification methodologies
Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields plus 6+ years of platform validation engineering experience
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields plus 4+ years of platform validation engineering experience
  • Experience with complex AI and Rack hardware designs.
  • Experience Rack System Integration. Integration of compute tray, switch tray, management tray, and power/cables.
  • Computer hardware verification including CPU’s, Network, PCIe, and power.
  • Extensive experience in planning/executing board hardware verification.
  • Extensive experience in platform level debug using test equipment like protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, and DVM's.
  • Deep understanding of platform level architecture including CPU, memory, and PCIe subsystems.
  • Experience reading board layout and schematics.
  • Experience with board/BIOS/OS interactions and use of SW validation tools like SVOS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with debug tools like ITP or Lauterbach Python or Python SV coding experience
  • Experience with ROCe and optical interfaces
