• Lead with your strong digital and social media design and management skills to promote growth of our Vaccines business

• Work with a highly engaged team of Sales, Marketing and Technical professionals

What You Will Do


Responsibilities include, however not limited to:

A. Direct-to-Consumer Awareness

• Develop, implement, and manage digital and social media strategy with defined relevant KPIs

• Manage and oversee social media content for all Vaccines brands, primarily HPV and Pneumococcal

• Define and measure the success KPIs of every social media campaign and provide recommendation to the Business Unit

• Monitor SEO, user engagement and suggest content optimization

• Communicate with social-media industry experts and influencers to create a strong network, gather best practices and latest trends that can be useful in planning

• Facilitate therapy and company awareness through various social media channels

• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience

• Conduct workshops with business teams to create customer journeys and persona mapping

• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others

• Develop and administer social media content to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company.

• Collect and review social media data to develop more effective campaigns. Develop reports on emerging social media trends.


B. Brand Co-Management

• Monitor business performance and external environment via appropriate tools/ KPIs relevant to the assessment of digital and social media interventions; benchmarking with similar industries and provide data driven recommendation to Marketing and Market Access

• Work with brand managers to create and implement digital/social media strategies targeting traditional (HCPs) and non-traditional customers (HCC, Healthcare Allied personnel, etc) in both Private and Public market segments

• Develop and execute innovative engagement opportunities including pilot testing of new/ innovative concepts/ trends to drive brand strategic imperatives and broaden access for vaccines

• Responsible for internal/ external approvals of all digital initiatives/ resources; ensuring that procurement, utilisation and management of assets/ programs are aligned with company policies and procedures

• Partner across a wide matrix of stakeholders and cross functional team to ensure seamless execution of functional plans and execution of overall strategy

• Analyse execution across multiple digital/ consumer activation initiatives to draw customer insights, communicate results to brand teams, and leverage insights into actionable strategies


What You Must Have


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related is required; Master’s degree is preferred

• Solid (5+ years) related experience in social media management

• Previous experience in Pharma Industry is preferred, however are seriously considering those with demonstrated success in similar role in other industries such as FMCG or other Direct-To-Consumer Industries

• Ability to derive insights from complex social media data in a user-friendly visualisation

• Proficient using multi-social posting programs

• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilise these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and best practices

• Expertise in SEO & web traffic metrics

• Skills in persona research

• Understanding of social media KPIs

• Familiarity with web design and publishing

• Business acumen to connect relevant insights from data

• Have a ‘service-mindset’ and work with multiple stakeholders of organization.

• Good leadership capability and logical thinking.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences
