Job Description

Essential function(s) includes, but is not limited to:

The Consumer Insight lead is responsible for driving data-driven insights across all consumer related dynamics and activities.

The role demands a strong background in analytics, and the abilities to translate complex data into clear, actionable, and insights for internal stakeholders. Statistical knowledge would be a plus.

Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for campaign improvement

  • Develop and drive overall data and analytics strategy with a focus on providing actionable insights that enhance the effectiveness of marketing efforts

  • Consumer perception and behavior analytics in the context of macro environment , including campaign performance, and social media metrics to provide key insights that help optimize consumer journey

  • Media effectiveness and attribution: oversee the measurement and analysis of media performance , including mainstream, social media, and digital (big data platforms), and performances. Work with Advanced Analytics team to evaluate the effectiveness of media efforts across channels

  • Tracking mechanism : lead the creation of regular performance reports, dashboards, and insights briefs that summarize key findings, trends, and recommendations for stakeholders. Provide with clear, digestible analytics reports that inform strategic decisions

Innovation and Industry trends

  • Stay current with industry trends in data analytics, consumer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and emerging technologies . Actively explore new tools and techniques that can enhance data collection, analysis, and reporting, with the support from Advanced analytics team, market insights team, BE BP team.

and cross functional collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, comms, Advanced analytics, BE BP team to align on objectives and deliver data driven recommendations that shape campaign planning and execution (OGSTMA)

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, with collaboration with BU and Data team

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all team activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as Statistics, marketing analysis, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

  • Experience

  • +7 years of experience in analytics, with a focus on consumer insights, CRM, or media/advertising analytics in a 4A agency or similar marketing/advertising environment

  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of analytics or data professionals

  • Strong experience in campaign effectiveness analysis, including understanding of various attribution models, campaign tracking and reporting tools, CRM, and other measurement techniques

  • Deep knowledge of digital analysis platforms, social media measurement tools, and consumer data sources (panel data, survey data, CRM)

  • Experience with advanced analysis such as predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, A/B testing would be a plus

  • Good communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders, and ability to translate insights into business actions
