A Store Managers responsibility include:
- Managing, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets and an exceptional customer experience
- Take full ownership of the store and its commercial success
- Analyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quo
- Address identified improvement areas, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as needed
- Drive continuous improvements in the store’s sales, productivity and profitability
- Lead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floor
- Work with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career Ladder
- Conducting staff training & coaching to drive KPI performance
- Effectively managing all retail operations within a fashion store environment
The Store Manager we progress with will have a strong retail sales background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership or supervisory position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.
You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Retail Store Manager experience in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear would be desirable but not essential
- You have experience as a leader in coaching and mentoring your team to succeed
