Your key responsibilities

• Preparation/review of personal income tax returns and review of income tax calculations
• Preparation/review of tax equalization calculations
• Contributing to client service teams, helping ensure they function smoothly and effectively
• Preparation of written advices for clients, and helping to advice clients on global mobility matters
• Provide day to day advice to assignees throughout the lifecycle of the assignment
• Conducting arrival/departure briefings
• Involvement in business development/proposals
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients from different industries
• Regular client contact with clients’ HR department to support case management and compliance
• Being the day to day contact for allocated clients

Skills and attributes for success

• Awareness of personal income tax, social security and immigration legislation, as well as relevant employment law and other business or economic forces
• At least 1-3 years of related tax experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English and substantial MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to adopt a team approach and build rapport with both the client and the engagement team

• Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners
• High level of personal responsibility and accountability for own work
