Siemens Material Handler III - 2nd Shift

Shift Hours:3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Hourly Rate: $22.46 + $1.00 Shift Differential

As a Material Handler III you will perform the necessary movement of materials: receiving, storage, picking, delivery and inventory of all items including transport of materials to production areas. You may be required to document and record receipt and delivery of all materials and products using SAP. This position also performs the required equipment inspections to ensure safe operation.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of forklift, packing, and crating experience
• 3+ years of crane experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• 2+ years of material management (warehousing) experience
• Have a valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines
• Ability to work independently, train others, and perform duties safely with a sense of urgency
• Experience with SAP system
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient with MS Office applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Technical training in area of responsibility

You’ll make an impact by:

• Safely operates stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and sit-down forklifts in high-traffic areas and narrow aisles.
• Inspects moving equipment daily and adheres to all safety rules, keeping safety a priority.
• Unloads, receives, and records production materials in the SAP system while verifying and counting inventory.
• Picks, packs, and ships materials accurately and damage-free using RF scanners and small hand tools.
• Performs daily cycle counts and maintains inventory accuracy within the storeroom.
• Follows established processes, seeks improvements, and completes other duties as assigned by management.

• The hourly pay range for this position is $22.46/hour + $1.00 Shift Differential. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
