Qualifications

• Customer service to support TSMC SCD product, mostly will be supporting advanced fabs at HsinChu (Fab12/RD/Fab20), also tsmc AP fab, but not limited in HsinChu. Supporting scope may extend when required.
• On-duty responsibility for 7*12 support at week time, weekend, Holidays / Overtime upon requirement are required for this job.
• Preferred knowledge: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering..etc associated. Well logical thinking ability, hands-on experience and Computer hardware/software knowledge would be plus.
• English:Reading/Writing/Listening/Speakingare essential skill.
• Other requirement: Customer communication skill, self-emotion control, aggressive self-learning and development, paper work, customer rule follow up discipline.

Bachelor's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience
