Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in management or technical leadership.
- Experience in designing and leading Test automation solutions, monitor systems, or testing effectiveness.
- Experience coaching and leading software engineering teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing a team, leading testing activities and engagement with cross-functional teams to shape design and project direction.
- Experience in Mobile testing.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams defining the product excellence, root-cause defects, and influencing the quality KPIs.
- Knowledge of machine learning and its tools.
- Knowledge of leading development in Android or G3.
