JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Accounts Payable Invoices and check requests
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Perform data entry associated with accounts payable
Handling payments in an organized and timely manner
Development and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets
Ensuring imaging of invoice supporting documents in timely and accurately performed
Assisting in streamlining the accounts payable process
Assisting with audit support as necessary
Expense report handling
Address and respond to vendor inquiries
Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
Honesty, trustworthiness and ethical conduct are material requirements for the responsibilities outlined above
Your qualifications and experience should include:
High school diploma. Associates degree in Accounting preferred
2-3 years’ experience with accounts payable or general accounting
Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
Advanced abilities in Excel
Knowledge of SAP is preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
High degree of attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Strong analytic abilities
