• Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
• 15 years of experience in managing construction projects related to industrial and/or commercial facilities
• Experience leading teams and overseeing Subcontractors.
• Experience Liaising between Subcontracts Department and Engineering throughout the lifecycle of the project.
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
• Demonstrated expert knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
• Experience developing and/or executing health and safety programs.
Ideally, you’ll also have:
• OSHA 30
• 10 years of Experience in High Voltage Substations and Generators
• 10 Years of Experience in I&C Installation and Testing for industrial facilities.
