some responsibilities:

• Conduct Weekly Contract Mgt Meetings with Subs

• Responsible for Contract Cost & Change Mgt.

• KPI Contract Reporting (cost/safety/quality)

• Craft Indirects/Site Resource Management

• Submittal Expediting & Review

• Review Testing documents for quality and completeness

• Quality Assurance: Verify installation per submittals.

• Quality Assurance: Supports QA team for Compliance

• Cost Forecast and Control

• Progress Verification with Superintendent

• Overall Invoice Approval

• Primary Coordination with Contract Administration

• Interpret and review shop drawings

• Inspect completed work and/or work in progress to determine whether the work meets specifications and plan requirements

• Monitor overall Testing performance regarding technical quality and compliance with design and specification requirements

• Ensure that the internal audits comply with the ISO 9001:2000, and ISO 14000:2004 standards.

• Preparation of Inspection Test Plans, and Inspection Test Procedures for project.

• Supervise calibration of measuring equipment.

• Ensure that all inspectors are trained and motivated to perform their roles to the levels of excellence set to realize client standards.

• Initiating and Attending pre-inspection meetings with clients.

• Take necessary actions for maintaining charts, and files, as well as progressing and inspection reports on various occasions.

• Generated SOP to ensure Testing activities.

• Educate provider on the required standards.

• Organize and supervise the activities and work of construction team to ensure that all work within a specific area of Testing activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner.

• Final documentation Conducting weekly weld & structural Audit.

• Organize and undertake product qualification tests as instructed by the Owner.

• Assist the Quality department in conducting product qualification tests.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

At least8+ years of experience in managing construction projects related to Life Science and/or Pharmaceutical Production Facility Construction.

• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of Testing Systems, Requirements and general building Architectural construction.

• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.

• Lead management of project quality, safety and security requirements through the roles and responsibilities of the team.
