Take department phone calls and document/coordinate the request information. Organise and maintain the field service database and associated documents.
Ensure customer satisfaction through preparation of general correspondence and coordinating customer needs with other functions as required.
Field Service spare parts & equipment inventory management. PPE & equipment ordering and calibration
Monitor Field Service Reports and service checklists relating to work performed on contracts to ensure service performed to agreement including completion and archival of all appropriate work reports.
Key skills and qualifications
ERP system experience desirable but not essential (SAP and advantage).
Experience in services coordination/highly organised role is essential.
Salesforce experience desirable but not essential.
