Your key responsibilities

  • Supervise country-level financial reporting, upholding accuracy and compliance, providing trusted insights for executive decisions
  • Deliver standard, consistent and timely reporting:
      • Analyze and explain financial results by preparing weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
      • Prepare actual vs plan analysis, investigate deviations
  • Lead the Controlling Team (Team of 6), encouraging excellence and professional growth
  • Lead financial planning and budgeting for all Service Lines, aligning with strategic goals
  • Manage TAX Service line reporting and handle ad-hoc inquiries effectively
  • Engage in monthly and annual closing procedures, ensuring a compliant financial close for management reporting
  • Understand accounting policies and budgeting principles

To qualify for the role, you have

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance / controlling, including at least 2-3 years in a team leadership role
  • University or College degree in economics/accounting/finance
  • Fluency in English and in Hungarian is a must
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Proficiency in the use of essential software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage
  • Sense of responsibility, reliability, accuracy
  • Must exhibit proactivity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to confidentiality
  • Good communication and organizational skills
