Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and Hungarian.
  • Several years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with hands-on expertise in channel and carrier sales organizations.
  • Direct experience in major account projects is a plus, as well as a background in digitalization and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in sales and business development.
  • Proven ability in major account and pipeline management.
  • Excellent time management and focus to drive results.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Persistence in sales, with the ability to open new opportunities and grow business despite challenges.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B market and its dynamics.
  • Ability to embrace cultural diversity and work effectively in an international team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree/Masters/MBA or equivalent experience
