Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate will work on a team of 6 engineers, where main focus is evaluation of every new technology nodes.

• Main activity will be Spice simulations for few digital cells, connected into a ring, analyse data and interpret the results.

• Those results will be then corelated with real data which are based on silicon analysis.

What are we looking for:

• Spice level simulations is a must

• Understanding of circuit design

• Knowledge of device physics and digital design

• Understanding of standard cell library characterization

• Understanding Python, tcl, Perl language

• Understanding using Physical Design tools from at least one of the following EDA tool vendors in advanced process nodes, Synopsys (ICC2/Fusion Compiler) or Cadence (Innovus).

• Understanding using synthesis tools from at least one of the following EDA tool vendors in advanced process nodes, Synopsys (DC/Fusion Compiler) or Cadence (Genus).

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field.
