Responsibilities:
- Schedule Management : Own and coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure executives are fully prepared for all engagements.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
- Project Management : Drive and manage specific projects on behalf of the executives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Travel Coordination : Handle all aspects of executive travel, including flights, accommodations, agendas, and logistical support.
- Event Planning : Support the organization and execution of management level events, including logistics, guest lists, and vendor management.
- Confidentiality : Maintain the highest level of confidentiality on all business matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, ideally in a tech or startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle complex and fast-paced situations with precision and a calm demeanor.
- Proactive and assertive, with the confidence to push initiatives forward when needed.
- Strong judgment and emotional intelligence; knows when to push and when to step back.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, and other management software.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
