Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience in people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching.
Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to interact with local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a Pre-Business Manager or a People Manager in a technical customer-facing role within a professional services or Business Engineering team.
Experience with software lifecycle, building tools, and architecting and developing software for distributed systems including data platform, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and infrastructure.
Experience in managing a team through business processes, operations and career development including account mapping, quota setting, quarterly/annual performance management, and managing information.
Experience in engaging with, and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders including tailoring and delivering messages by audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive business opportunity.
