Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- Experience in people management, team lead, mentorship, or coaching.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to interact with local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a Pre-Business Manager or a People Manager in a technical customer-facing role within a professional services or Business Engineering team.
- Experience with software lifecycle, building tools, and architecting and developing software for distributed systems including data platform, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and infrastructure.
- Experience in managing a team through business processes, operations and career development including account mapping, quota setting, quarterly/annual performance management, and managing information.
- Experience in engaging with, and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders including tailoring and delivering messages by audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive business opportunity.
