Key job responsibilities

The right candidate is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of Amazon Business customers, and selling partners. They must be able to effectively engage with suppliers to pitch our value proposition, negotiate scalable and deal specific funding, and provide high-touch support.
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline
