We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Account Manager to drive the seamless execution of premium Apple News Ad Sales campaigns, ensuring exceptional client outcomes at every stage. This role spans full-funnel campaign management—from partnering with Client Partners for initial pitch through post-sale analysis. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure flawless execution and high-touch service. As an Account Manager on the Apple News Ad Sales team, you will: * Partner with Sales to understand client goals and develop strategic media plans that align with campaign objectives * Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc. * Collaborate cross-functional with internal groups for campaign setup, launch, and execution in coordination * Liaise with clients and agencies to manage insertion orders, gather creative assets, and ensure all campaign elements are delivered on time * Monitor delivery performance and pacing throughout the campaign, proactively identifying and resolving issues * Provide ongoing reporting, insights, and post-campaign analysis to internal teams and clients * Serve as the primary point of contact for client and agency partners, delivering best-in-class service and high-touch support
